We start by getting to know you as you are now. We will review your existing CV if you have one, and give you our initial assessment on what we can do to improve your CV and maximize your job application success.

If you decide to work with us, we will schedule a 60-minute deep dive session where we discuss your experience and goals in detail. During the session we will give you real, actionable insights on how to make your CV better.
Before we end the session, we will formulate and agree on a strategy. Once we have a plan that you are happy with, we will begin writing.
Note: Our focus will primarily be on content. That means that we do not provide templates or design services. Our written CV will be provided in a text-based, ATS-optimized MS Word document. -

The time it takes for us to write will depend on the package you have chosen.

When your résumé draft is ready, we will send you instructions to book your debrief call. During the call, we will walk you through the draft and make sure you understand the strategy.

Once we complete your debrief call, you will have 14 calendar days to digest, ask questions, and request any adjustments. During this period we will remain available to answer your questions via email or WhatsApp.

The 14-day support period begins the day of your debrief call. For 14 business days (Monday to Sundays except public holidays) after this call, you may contact your coach to ask questions or request edits, as long as these requests are in line with the objectives you agreed to during the kick-off call.
The exact time needed to respond to your requests will depend on your coach’s availability.
After the support period, your order will be considered complete and new requests will need to be made as a new order.

After the 14-Day support period, we will no longer be able to make any edits or suggestions free of charge. And because we need to ensure we are fully available for active customers, we may not be able to respond to individual questions once your support period is over.
But don’t worry! We offer a range of follow up services for customers after their support period. These include 1-hour “ask anything” consultation hours, résumé refresh packages, and preferential pricing for future services.

With that said, employers make decisions based on many factors, and sometimes these factors have nothing to do with the quality of your résumé. That’s the reality in every job application, whether or not you use our services.
